Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Eluntra Formation, we strive to provide professional and timely filing services. Because many of our services involve immediate preparation and submission to state agencies, our refund and cancellation policies are as follows:

1. **Service Fees**
– Service fees are refundable only if cancellation is requested before we begin preparing or submitting your filing.
– Once a filing has been prepared or submitted to the state, all service fees are non-refundable

2. **State Filing Fees**
– State filing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. These fees are set and retained by the state agency and cannot be returned once submitted.

3. **Annual & Subscription Services**
– Services such as Compliance Monitoring ($99/year) renew automatically each year.
– You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice prior to renewal to avoid future charges.
– Payments already processed for annual or subscription services are non-refundable.

4. **Digital Products**
– All digital products (e.g., guides, templates, toolkits) are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

5. **Chargebacks**
– Filing fees and service fees are considered earned at the time of payment. Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested with proof of this refund policy.

6. **How to Request a Cancellation**
– All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to support@eluntrainc.com with your:
– Full Name
– Business Entity Name
– Order Number
– Service Requested
We will confirm receipt and advise whether your service qualifies for cancellation or refund.

Refunds & Cancellations
Eluntra formation service fees may be refunded only if cancellation is requested before the preparation or submission of filings. Once documents have been prepared or submitted to the state, all service fees and state filing fees are non-refundable. Subscription services renew annually unless canceled 30 days prior to renewal.
